At QuanTech, we strive to maintain transparency and professionalism in all our services. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for website development and related digital services.
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once project work has commenced. This covers discovery, strategic planning, design, development, consultation, and other project-related efforts.
If the project has not yet started, customers may request cancellation by contacting QuanTech. In such cases, a refund may be issued, excluding any third-party costs such as domain registration, server, hosting, or other non-recoverable expenses.
Once work on the project has commenced, the initial deposit and any payments made towards the project are non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether the client subsequently chooses to discontinue the project.
After final delivery of the website, the client is entitled to a 7-day revision window for minor changes only. Minor changes include small text updates, contact number changes, or minor content corrections that do not affect the structure, design, or functionality of the website.
Any additional changes, feature requests, design modifications, layout restructuring, or functional enhancements beyond minor corrections will be treated as additional work and charged accordingly.
Once the website has been delivered, either fully or partially, no refunds will be applicable.
Upon project cancellation, no refund will be applicable for payments already made towards the project.
All work produced, including but not limited to source code, designs, layouts, and concepts, shall remain the sole property of QuanTech until all outstanding project payments have been cleared, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Source code, project files, designs, or other project assets will not be handed over until the agreed project payment has been received in full, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
QuanTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate a project if the client is unresponsive, uncooperative, or repeatedly requests changes that fall outside the agreed scope, causing delays or disruption to the project timeline. This includes but is not limited to:
In such cases, no refund will be applicable for payments already made towards work commenced or completed. Any resumption of the project after suspension may be treated as a new engagement and may be subject to revised pricing and timelines.
Any additional revisions, features, enhancements, or modifications requested beyond the original agreed scope are considered additional work. For such work, 100% of the quoted payment must be made in advance before work begins. Charges for additional work are non-refundable once completed or delivered.
Domain registration and server/hosting costs are strictly non-refundable, as these are third-party purchases made specifically for the client's project.
In cases where payments are delayed or remain outstanding beyond the agreed timeline, QuanTech reserves the right to temporarily suspend services, apply notices on the website, or limit functionality until the dues are cleared. Such actions do not constitute project cancellation or service failure.
Any approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited to the original source of payment. Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
By proceeding with QuanTech's services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
